We are a group practice with multiple providers who share a vision of providing premium therapy that stands out from the crowd. Our profession is our calling and we don't take it lightly. Our therapists are carefully selected not only for their education and skill set, but for their mindset of wanting to contribute their gifts to others in a meaningful way. We use methods such as brainspotting to help get to the root of problems and help people heal from the inside out. We specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, among others. Part of therapy is healing what you no longer wish to experience, but part of it is also adding in the things you want in your life. We help you discover what is already working well, and expand on your personal strengths to help you reach your highest potential!

Whether you're brand new to the idea of therapy, or if you've had therapy in the past, we want to welcome you to our practice. You can expect a safe place to be yourself, without judgment or expectations. We are not here to keep you in therapy for life, or to be a weekly venting session that helps you feel better temporarily but does nothing to help you heal and advance. We will help you set clear and measurable goals for yourself, so that you can know when you are ready to graduate from therapy.
