Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma and person centered work. Anna has extensive training in working with and for the LGBTQ+ community, those with complex trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and Veterans and their support systems. Anna is a Combat Veteran and understands the difficulty with asking for help and the bravery with accepting help as well.
Anna has been providing mental health services to diverse populations for almost ten years. Anna has seen an increasing need for gender affirming care and takes pride in being an inclusive and safe space provider.
Anna strongly believes that everyone should have access to competent and affordable mental health care and does provide sliding scale payment options to those in need.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect
