Dr. Arease Edison is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in CA. Dr. Edison helps clients move forward after traumatic experiences. She also teaches clients how to understand what’s in their control and what’s outside of their control through Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT). Dr. Edison has over twenty years of experience working with clients as they build their coping strategies and learn how to handle difficult emotions, including through mindfulness practices. She provides a caring, compassionate space where there is no judgment.
Dr. Edison earned a Master’s degree in Counselng Psychology and a Doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. Dr. Edison is a strong believer in making mental health treatment accessible for all members of the community.
