Message to clients

Treatment-resistant depression. Unprocessed trauma. Failing relationships. Overwhelming anxiety. Loss of purpose.

These words may look intense on the page, but if you are experiencing them yourself, then you know exactly how devastating they can be for you, your relationships, and your happiness.

If you recognized yourself in that first line, or if you're just curious about how therapy can benefit you or your loved ones, then I invite you to reach out to me, so we can discuss you, your reasons for seeking therapy, and whether we are a good fit to work together.

I have received additional training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Prepare/Enrich premarital therapy, and SPACE (for childhood anxiety, ARFID, and Failure to Launch).
