Professional statement

Do you find that past hurts sometimes prevent you from being open and honest with others or even with yourself? Have you ever struggled to express your feelings, only to have them misunderstood? Perhaps you're currently exploring your identity and what you truly desire in life.

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, and I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can freely share your thoughts and feelings and receive helpful feedback.

I find that clients who are open to having their perspectives challenged and are committed to personal growth often benefit most from working with me. Many individuals I've worked with have shared that therapy has empowered them to move beyond simply surviving to fully embracing and living their lives.

My therapeutic approach is informed by trauma-sensitive practices, experiential techniques, polyvagal theory, and Christian counseling (upon request). My expertise lies in supporting individuals who have experienced violent crimes, sexual abuse, traumatic events, and anxiety.. My goal is to walk alongside my clients, helping them find their voice, process their experiences, and foster deeper connections with themselves and others.
