Professional statement

Dr. Graff believes that relationships play a key role in our development and success in life. He also believes that they can be painful and challenging to navigate at times. When that happens, many of us may feel stuck, overwhelmed, upset, or hopeless. This is where therapy can help. It can provide a different perspective on some of the most painful, challenging times in our lives. Dr. Graff knows therapy can help because he has experienced it himself, and he has had the privilege of helping many others navigate through their own challenges in life. Effective therapy can be an anchor for us during life's storms. Therapy can be a safe place to heal and become a better version of yourself.

Over the past 20 years of being a relational therapist, Dr. Graff has come to believe that therapy doesn't change you or your relationships, you do. He specializes in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. He understands how to help others struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, parenting, coupling, addiction, and other life stressors.
