Dr. Chinwe Idigo is a Psychologist located in Teaneck, NJ. Dr. Idigo works with teenagers, young adults, and adults who would like to focus on improving their mental health. Many of Dr. Idigo’s clients find themselves in conflict with others because of challenges in regulating their emotions. They have angry outbursts or feel overwhelmed by their depression or anxiety.
