Message to clients

As a trauma informed practitioner I know that it is important for each individual to find their own unique path towards healing and integration. It takes a lot of work to explore the relationship between inner sensations, emotions, thoughts, and actions. Even bringing awareness to this can change many aspects of a person's life so building resources and self-compassion is an important foundation to work from. I let the client lead, as you are the expert on yourself, while I provide support, guidance, and reflection so that the therapeutic container can be sturdy enough to lean on and to build trust within.
