Professional statement

Finding the right therapist can be hard and feel very frustrating, but once you find the right fit, the power of that relationship can be life changing! Claudia Giolitti works with compassion to help you reinvent yourself by examining your most challenging past and present experiences in a safe, and accepting environment that also holds space for the discussion of different types of social oppression. She is open minded, knowledgeable, caring, and very empathic. She specializes in helping young women struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or that are lost in a difficult life transition. She also loves working with couples.

She offers a very personalized approach of therapy that only you and her can create to help you understand the real meaning behind your symptoms. Real awareness brings real change. She will also teach you powerful tools that could help facilitate your healing, and find the balance that you are striving for.

She works with a fantastic associate therapist named Kayla, who leads the Chelsea office location and shares the same therapeutic approach as her. If you are ready to do some work, and take your life to the next level, book your free 10 min phone consultation now to get started!

Message to clients

I work with compassion to help you reinvent yourself by examining your most challenging past and present experiences in a safe, and accepting environment that also holds space for the discussion of different types of social oppression. I am open minded, caring, honest, and empathic.
My approach blends deep analysis with 'hands on' techniques that focus more on the here and now. In other words, I will help you understand how old wounds are still affecting your life in the present while at the same time teach you some tools that you can practice now while we continue working on your self-discovery process.
I've noticed that when my clients are able to combine these two different approaches effectively, it really speeds up their healing, and I don’t believe in therapy that takes forever. I would be honored to work with you to help you achieve your goals, uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating!
