Message to clients

It is a priority of mine to provide clients with a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where we can build a therapeutic relationship based on trust. I believe that when people truly try to understand each other and get curious about one another as humans, essentially all behaviors just make sense. There is no place for judgment in healing. My skills are rooted in empathy and compassion, as we all have a desire to feel seen, heard, and understood. When my clients feel like I am in their corner and can be with them in their emotional experiences, I offer them the opportunity to create positive change in their lives.

My specialties include the treatment of symptoms related to anxiety, trauma, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship difficulties. I am specially trained in couples therapy, where I help couples identify repetitive patterns that keep them stuck, and help them explore new ways of interacting and bonding.

I deeply respect and appreciate the vulnerability that is experienced by my clients who start the therapy process. It takes strength and courage to meet with a stranger about intimate and personal details. I am happy to walk alongside you to help create positive change in your life.
