Damon Dodge is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with clients in-person in Denver and online throughout California, Colorado and New York. He works primarily with adult men ages 18-60 dealing with work stress, life transitions, depression and social anxiety. His other areas of focus include driven professionals in high-pressure environments, the challenges of introversion and the broader GBTQ+ community.
Damon approaches therapy from an existential, post-modern and behavioral perspective. In sessions, Damon opens the discussion asking what kind of life you want to create for yourself and explores what you are willing to do in order to bring that vision to life. He has extensive experience with adults and adolescents and has worked with individuals, traditional/nontraditional relationships and families. Damon also provides ketamine assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression.
Damon has extensive training in evidence-based practices and working with the GBTQ+ population. He also teaches various psychotherapy classes in Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology, where he studied.
