Message to clients

Are you feeling stuck, totally sure something needs to change/shift but, unsure how to start? Are you worried about being judged for where you are and where you have been? Are you struggling in your relationships? Are you ready to find some resolve, peace and new excitement by tapping into yourself within the story of you? Sometimes, life moves in a direction we aren't wanting and before we know it we are lost at sea and seeking safe harbor to heal.

I know this place inside and out, I am here when you are ready to begin rewriting your story and living in the present you live/write the remainder from this day forward. No person's journey looks the same and when you hire me to be your guide - I will work alongside you to ensure you have the support, clinical guidance and assurance that it takes to pave the path of confidence.

When you are ready, reach out and we will schedule a time to get to know one another. You aren't alone, I am ready to walk the path with you and hold the flashlight when it feels dark.

Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress

Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating

Communication issues - Developing effective interpersonal skills in relationships withpartners, families, and co-workers; using healthy methods of communication to convey needs and respond to others
