Elissa Loock is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, major life transitions, and overwhelming stress. Through therapy, she helps clients identify patterns, process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their values and personal strengths.
Elissa earned her Master’s Degree from Alliant International University and continues to expand her clinical work through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens. She believes therapy is not about telling clients who they should become, but helping them better understand themselves and create changes that align with the life they want to build.
