Whether a client is in search of an empathic presence, or a trained professional who can hear about the surreal nature of stressors people are experiencing in these times of intense stress and change. People find creative ways to overcome challenges and adversity. The structure of the therapy she provides helps clients find the courage and support to grow and change. She enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds in terms of race, gender, and sexual orientation.

Message to clients

Therapy is about the life of the mind, working on creating calm spaces where you can think and feel, in order to connect with your truth at the deepest level. I have been providing therapy for over 25 years, and I continue to see my practice as a powerful vehicle for helping clients work on healing, creating, and truth-telling. I am particularly passionate about helping clients improve the quality of their relationships. Most of us want loving relationships in our lives, but many people have missed out on learning how to build such a framework for themselves.

Coping skills that worked in one chapter of your life may no longer serve you in the present chapter. You can reflect on this as you work on growing and progressing in your life.

I intentionally limit my practice so that I can offer accessibility and flexibility. I would be glad to talk with you further about my practice and look forward to speaking with you.
