Continually feeling overwhelmed is a sign that your current life is NOT sustainable and that change is desperately needed. You’re exhausted. You thought things would get better with time but they haven’t…. and to be truthful, they probably won’t unless change is consciously made. Trapped emotions can keep you tied to patterns that aren’t fueling the version of you that you want to be. That you choose to be.
Faith is looking to work closely with clients who are highly self critical, have perfectionist tendencies, and who have chronic feelings of overwhelm. Faith is an EMDR trained, trauma informed AMFT, who specializes in codependency and domestic violence related struggles. She brings her professional educational experience in Women's Studies, time volunteering with a domestic violence agency, as well as personal experience with abuse. Through her own years of healing she is now dedicated to helping other women process their experiences and work to move forward.
She also have several years as a school based clinician working at all age levels from K-12th grade.
Virtual and in-person sessions are available for CA. Her office is located in Folsom, CA. This is in close proximity to Eldorado, Sacramento and Placer county.
