Major life changes can bring up a wide range of feelings, but they're also ripe with opportunities for personal growth. By facilitating deep emotional processing, Franchester frees her clients from self-defeating thoughts so they can gain a new perspective and find wholeness on the other side of transition.
Franchester creates a warm, collaborative environment. Her approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through these modalities, Franchester identifies her clients’ mental pain points to relieve emotional suffering and reframe negative core beliefs. Over time, clients no longer feel weighed down by past events. By tapping into their own inner healing, clients feel a sense of lightness again.
Franchester strongly believes it’s never too late to make a change and feels honored to support each of her clients in their growth.
