Gina obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in general studies with infancy in psychology and her Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Gina utilizes evidence-based interventions in individual, family, and group therapy. She facilitated dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) youth-coping skills groups and women’s trauma groups. Gina finds professional fulfillment in supporting people to discover the root cause of their problems and foster solutions, recognizing their full potential and not giving in to the societal stigma of mental illness.
