Message to clients

It can be difficult to manage what you experience in the world and your emotions all the time; sometimes, it's nice to have someone to connect with and feel supported by. It's also helpful to be heard and guided through difficult times without receiving judgment. By using an eclectic sequence of therapy interventions and modalities, my goal is to always support my clients through their journey toward self-efficacy and happiness.
