Professional statement

Jane works with couples and individuals who are ready to go beneath the surface — past the patterns they can name and into what is actually driving them. She believes we are wounded in relationship and we heal in relationship. That conviction shapes everything about how she works.

With couples, Jane draws on her certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy and her training in Relational Life Therapy to help partners move out of cycles of conflict and disconnection and into genuine intimacy. But she doesn't stop at the relational surface. She weaves in deep individual work — drawing on IFS, somatic awareness, and inner child work — because lasting relational change requires each person to reckon with what they are bringing into the room.

With individuals, Jane uses those same modalities to help people get to the root of what keeps them stuck — not just understanding it intellectually, but feeling it shift in the body, where real change actually lives.

She will walk with you into the hard places. Jane speaks truth with compassion and doesn't shy away from difficult realities — because she believes that is what genuine healing requires. At the same time, she doesn't just leave you there. She coaches practical skills so that the insights gained in session become real changes in everyday life.

Jane works best with clients who are genuinely ready to show up — willing to lean into the process, even when it gets uncomfortable, because they know that is where the real work happens.

Message to clients

If you've landed here, something in you is ready. Maybe you're tired of talking about your patterns without anything actually changing. Maybe your relationship feels stuck in the same cycles no matter how hard you both try. Either way, you know something deeper is going on — and you're ready to look at it.

That's exactly who I work with.

I am warm and I am real — but I won't let you stay comfortable in what isn't working. I will ask the questions that get underneath the surface, speak truth with compassion, and walk with you into the places you've been avoiding. I won't leave you there alone.

I work with the body as much as the mind, because real change isn't just something you understand — it's something you feel. Change is from the inside out. We will get underneath your behaviors and reactions to what is actually driving them, and I will give you practical tools to take with you so that what happens in session actually changes what happens out there.

I work with individuals and couples. With couples, I bring my certification in EFT and my training in Relational Life Therapy — but I also work on each person individually within the relational context, because that is where the deepest change happens.

What I ask of you is simple: show up and lean in — especially when it gets uncomfortable. That willingness is the only prerequisite.

If that sounds like you, I would love to connect.
