Jeanne Kimble is a licensed psychotherapist based in Washington State. Jeanne works with adults who seek to examine their lives on a deeper level in order to address problem thoughts and behaviors. Clients may come with significant stress in their lives and varying forms of anxiety or depression. They may be experiencing symptoms of burnout or fatigue and have negative habits that are impacting their health and/or relationships.

Jeanne’s approach is integrative, guided by treatments that are solidly regarded in the therapeutic community and scientifically supported for their potential effectiveness. Determined by a client’s individual needs, her work may draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies, (ACT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, as well as the clinical application of affective neuroscience and trauma-informed therapy.

Jeanne has worked with adults, children and families, providing social work and counseling services within private agency, government and private practice settings for over 30 years. She currently provides individual therapy for adults of all ages.

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure

Parenting - Helping parents develop and implement strategies to address challenges that arise throughout childrearing; managing stress and increasing support
