Jessica integrates humor and her empathetic nature in order to make her clients feel safe and understood in her sessions. She also uses her straight forward communication style and advanced trainings to help clients heal, grow and gain new and better coping skills.
Jessica helps her clients attain their goals by listening, connecting and supporting them. Jessica uses EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, IFS, EFT and CBT primarily, so that her clients reach their goals and make progress. She guides her clients so that they have new insights, a different perspective and ultimately the skills they need to help themselves.
