Master of Social Work, MSW Clinical Social Worker Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsAs a Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), I am committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to individuals within the age range of 18 to 40. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, and Psychodynamic modalities. I believe in empowering my clients to foster positive change and cultivate a more hopeful outlook on life.
Throughout our therapeutic journey, my primary goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I strive to understand your unique needs, challenges, and aspirations to tailor our sessions accordingly.
Incorporating elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, we will collaboratively work to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back from achieving your desired goals. This approach allows us to develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and foster personal growth.
