Together we can uncover layers of present challenges and release painful past experiences and re-engage with life, careers, loved ones, and build a healthier relationship within yourself in a more meaningful way. anxiety, depression, addiction, and emotional pain, feeling tired, and tired of feeling tired. I use a strengths based and solution focused approach. Together, we will identify inner strengths, build self esteem and positive coping skills, and use your skills and resources to work through difficult challenges and make positive changes. Addiction - Coping with emotional discomfort and suffering; reducing or abstaining from unwanted behaviors such as unhealthy gambling or shopping

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Codependency - Development of healthy boundaries in relationships; strategies for increasing individual self-esteem and autonomy; coping mechanisms for separation and individuation.

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
