Professional statement

You’ve built a successful life as a professional, executive, or business owner—often by masking, over-preparing, and pushing through things others found easy. A late autism diagnosis can bring clarity, but also grief, anger, and exhaustion. You may be reevaluating everything: relationships, routines, the cost of fitting in. Burnout and executive dysfunction may be catching up, and the mask might feel heavier than ever.

If you’re also navigating OCD, it adds a separate mental burden—one that often goes unseen. You might be managing endless loops of intrusive thoughts, mental rituals, or the constant need to neutralize doubt. The demands of OCD aren’t just exhausting; they can quietly reshape your days and decisions in ways no one else sees.

You’re ready for support that’s direct, validating, and designed with your brain in mind—not built for someone else’s.

I help late-diagnosed autistic adults who are balancing demanding careers unmask safely, recover from burnout, and build lives that actually work for their brains. I also help people with OCD reduce the grip of mental rituals while maintaining focus at work and home. My approach is practical, personalized, and action-oriented, designed for real-life change.

My style is supportive, action-oriented, and honest- big sisterish with a dash of quirky humor. I've been in this field for about 15 years and have worked with many people just like yourself, in addition to knowing first-hand just what you are going through. You probably have plenty of questions, so please message me to set up your consultation.

Message to clients

Before we start working together, I want you to know that this space is designed to be straightforward, thoughtful, and aligned with how you think. You don’t need to perform or overexplain here. My role is to help you better understand yourself, identify what actually works for you, and create meaningful change on your terms—not anyone else’s.

You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what you want to work on. Some people arrive with clear goals, while others are still sorting through what feels off. Either place is a good place to start. I’ll meet you where you are.

My hope is that our work together gives you a space that feels both deeply validating and practical. Whether you're navigating a late autism diagnosis, managing OCD, or simply trying to make sense of your life in a new way, you don’t have to keep doing it alone. I work best with people who are curious, reflective, and ready for a different kind of support—one that honors how your brain works and helps you move forward on your own terms.

Therapist's note

Before we get started, I want to make the logistics as smooth as possible so you can focus on the work we're here to do. I use a service called Thrizer to simplify payments. If you have out-of-network benefits, Thrizer allows you to pay just your co-insurance at the time of our session—instead of paying my full fee upfront and waiting on your insurance to reimburse you. Once your deductible is met, Thrizer covers the remaining balance and handles the insurance paperwork for you. You’ll just need to set up a Thrizer account, add your insurance details, and connect a payment method.
