Message to clients

Hi, I'm Kerry! I'm a licensed therapist and coach who's been in practice 14+ years. I specialize in helping women overcome anxiety for good by learning about root cause. I've helped hundreds of women successfully overcome trauma, anxiety and get out of survival mode by learning how to heal their Nervous System. I help women navigate the fear, worry and self-doubt that comes up in all areas of life such as relationships, finances, career, parenting, body-image and health. I'm interested in showing women that freedom from anxiety IS an option for them with the right approach. I utilize an array of evidence based models to help tap into their inner resilience and maximize growth. As someone who has personally overcome anxiety and trauma, I never teach any methods that I haven't personally vetted and incorporated into my own life!

I deeply value the relationship between client and therapist. Therapy sessions are something you should look forward to, not dread. It's important to me that you know I am human, too. I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment, while also providing direct and honest feedback. Our time together is too short for me to simply listen. I want you to always leave sessions feeling like you gained something that you can take with you.

Finding the right therapist for you is important. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to make sure that we are the right fit!
