Kerry Green is the owner of Ever Green Therapy, a teletherapy based private practice. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and Florida. Kerry is committed to empowering all individuals to reach their full potential. She believes that every person has the tools within them to overcome all of life's challenges however, sometimes it can just take getting the right help to get there.
Kerry began her career working with children and families involved in child welfare, which is where her passion for understanding the deep impacts of trauma was sparked. Now, Kerry works with clients across the lifespan who face a variety of issues, whether it's trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck or self-doubting.
Kerry is certified in Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She will often draw from this approach and other evidence based models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based and Solution focused techniques. She has a passion for helping clients understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected and will create a roadmap for change.
Kerry is committed to empowering her clients to get where they would like to be. Her style is honest but non-judgemental. She strongly believes that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy, and is often overlooked. Kerry is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment for all of her clients. As a seasoned telehealth provider, she understand the important of convenience and reducing barriers for individuals to access therapy.
