Kerry is certified in Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She will often draw from this approach and other evidence based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuroscience Informed Treatment of Anxiety, Worry and Panic, Psychosomatic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Strengths Based and Solution focused techniques. She has a passion for helping clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, behaviors and past experiences are all connected and will create a roadmap for change.
