Dr. Kimberly E. Johnson is a Clinical Psychologist based in Indianapolis, IN. She has a background in identifying and delivering needed psychotherapy and education to diverse populations in California, New York, Indiana and across the nation. Her caseload consists of African Americans, White, Latino, Asian, African, Older Adults, Military, Veteran and LGBTQIA clients dealing with anxiety, depression, severe childhood and adult sexual, physical, emotional, and psychological trauma, as well as chronic medical conditions, racism, bias and a variety of work and life issues. Dr. Johnson is a former board member, consultant, facilitator, university faculty and presenter.

Dr. Johnson is a client-centered practitioner who starts wherever you are and helps guides you to achieve your treatment goals. Her primary clinical orientations are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family System Therapy and Motivation Interviewing all delivered in a culturally competent and respectful way consistent with your worldview.

Dr. Johnson also has a background in R&D Firmware Engineering and Project Management, Senior Business Development Management and Senior Marketing Management. She has worked at a strategic level with Senior Executive Management to invent new computing and work platforms for the home and office. This allows Dr. Johnson to be particularly insightful and supportive dealing with career management and coping skills in the corporate workplace. She is experienced facilitating groups, teaching and presenting to organizations and executive management. Executive Consulting services are available.
