Kirsten’s approach to therapy begins by developing a strong rapport with her clients. She gets to know her clients’ backgrounds, thoughts, feelings, and dreams. Clients detail out their stressors and collaborate with Kirsten to set goals for themselves. Each session, Kirsten helps clients determine the next step towards reaching these goals. She also helps clients to recognize their progress and to feel empowered to prioritize their mental health. Kirsten takes a Feminist, strengths-based approach to working with clients.

Kirsten earned her Master’s degree from Northwestern University. She is a holistic therapist and helps clients improve all aspects of their lives, including their physical health, mental health, social health, and more. Her goal is to help clients find joy in their lives again and to feel more like themselves.
