Dr. Kristen Kinsfogel is a Psychologist located in Orange, CA. She teaches clients how to challenge cognitive distortions through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also teaches them how to ground themselves in the present through mindfulness exercises. Clients also benefit from interpersonal therapy and existential therapy, as Dr. Kinsfogel’s sessions are comprehensive and supportive.
Dr. Kinsfogel earned a PhD in Psychology from Marquette University. She enjoys working with the LGBTQ community and people from all cultural and racial backgrounds. Clients leave therapy with strategies to implement in their lives so they can feel balanced and confident in their life choices.
