...More technically, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist that works with driven, ambitious survivors of abuse who are finding themselves stuck in patterns of disconnection, burnout, and anxiety to stop feeling undervalued and discover growth.

I am committed to encouraging my clients to get in touch with difficult emotions and process trauma in a way that feels manageable. I understand that in the modern world, we are inundated with fast tips and self-care trends that claim to fix it all. I don’t buy that. I believe that healing trauma should honor the complexities of being human. In my work, I journey with my clients to uncover their stuck points and resolve them, rather than running through a mile-long list of coping skills.

As a therapist and human, I bring a raw authenticity to our sessions and encourage clients to do the same. When working with me, people know they will be understood, validated, and challenged with compassion. Clients who work with me feel comfortable enough to not filter themselves (curse-words and all), kick off their shoes, and get to the deep work for change that they are craving.
