Lauren Ludlow is a somatic therapist and life coach based in California who specializes in serving clients who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues and who want to build lives of alignment, ease, and connection.
Lauren works with clients who find themselves so wrapped up in obligations, the needs of others, and the quick pace of life that it can feel like their life isn't even their own anymore.
