Message to clients

I provide therapy to adults, youth, families, and couples. I have particular experience and joy working with eating disorders, trauma, sexual and gender identity exploration, and complex family dynamics and estrangement. I aim to co-create a therapy relationship that includes warmth, openness, and curiosity, where we can explore the areas and concerns that have been keeping you or your family feeling stuck. I am invested in harnessing the creativity, resources, and already existing solutions each individual, couple, and family needs to grow.

I am passionate about working with families and couples and have a great appreciation for the potential difficulties and joys that come in being part of a relational system. I aim to see the autonomy and separateness of each child, teenager, caregiver, and adult, while simultaneously strengthening communication and reestablishing connections.

I pay close attention to how the therapeutic relationship can illuminate dynamics in your life outside of therapy. I am especially interested in how individuals and family systems have been impacted by historical or childhood experiences, trauma or adverse life events, attachment and relationship histories, and systemic oppression.
