Message to clients

Psychotherapy can lead to powerful transformations! It is a joint endeavor between a therapist and a client, based on science and practiced like art - with love, care, and creativity.

My hope is that therapy can become a safe space where you can express yourself and expand. You may struggle with self-doubt, fear, regret, or guilt. Facing these emotions, gaining insight, and developing self-compassion is what we will be working on. I prioritize developing and understanding of your challenges and healing from your traumas while practicing better adaptive skills.

I prefer to start with a brief phone call to hear about your needs and discuss what I can offer. My preference is to meet you in person for the initial assessment even if you'd like to continue with online sessions, yet I understand if traveling to my office is not an option.
