Maria Teresa Valencia treats past trauma and hurt inner with empathy creating a safe place to heal past wounds and move to a better place in their life.

Maria Teresa Valencia approaches life struggles by using a Humanistic approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapies and narrative techniques to take individuals to have better insight into their lives. The goal is to achieve the highest potential of each person. She will work with individuals to remove those mental blocks and have a clearer understanding of their true self.
