Many of Maria Teresa Valencia clients navigate feelings of insecurity, depression, and anxiety that has impacted their lifes preventing personal and professional growth. She works with clients to identify and challenge irrational core beliefs creating new rational beliefs.
Maria Teresa Valencia approaches life struggles by using a Humanistic approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapies and narrative techniques to take individuals to have better insight into their lives. The goal is to achieve the highest potential of each person. She will work with individuals to remove those mental blocks and have a clearer understanding of their true self. Individuals will be able to start this journal with a helping guide to live their best lives.

Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance
