Professional statement

I believe that we are not meant to navigate relationships and mental health challenges alone. I am passionate about working with clients to help them develop a framework and skill set critical to overcoming life's challenges.

My approach is psychodynamic and trauma-informed, and I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, issues related to school and work, faith, spirituality, C-PTSD, and Trauma. I believe that a “one-size-fits-all” approach hinders the growth process, so in our work together we will engage in a flexible treatment process that honors your experiences and preferences.

I am licensed in New York State and offer virtual sessions, which occur on a HIPAA compliant platform.
