We believe that outstanding potential is within you and that society, culture, family, and your own internal conflicts can both interfere and move you along in your life. What is important is to discern between what is life affirming or life/self-destructive. We use evidence-based interventions to assist you in uncovering how your experiences can limit your growth as well as be a teacher. New Frontiers combines over 40 years of experience and psychodynamic wisdom with your concerns and aspirations to meet your therapeutic needs.
Michelle Gonzalez, LICSW is the founder. With a background in health and fitness, public health, organizational development, Integrating Primary and Behavioral Healthcare, and multiculturalism, she will help you to find the tools and strategies to meet your pressing concerns and achieve goals of feeling better and living with vitality. She works with clients across the lifespan and couples, to focus on not only concrete problem solving but also shining a light on their next step in psychological healing. We do this through an integrated approach; engaging the mind, body and soul to facilitate your life purpose and growth.
Michelle constantly strives to make every client feel welcomed, accepted and integral. Many of our clients will stay with us through the years and are invited to annually get a "Behavioral Health Checkup" like your Annual Medical visit. Get started and supported today!
