Read about the benefits of seeing an out-of-network provider here.
This provider can support you in getting reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement. Here are the out-of-network billing options they provide:
Frequency of sessions this provider offers to see clients once you are an established client.
We currently only accept credit cards and some HSA for payment. We do not accept insurance.
We also accept Loveland Theapy Vouchers and Mental Health Fund (MHF) for QTBIPOC Vouchers.
We don’t work directly with insurance companies, but you may still be able to use your insurance to cover some of the cost of our services. This depends on whether you have out-of-network benefits, which means your insurance will cover part of the cost of seeing a provider who is not in their network.
To make things easier for you, we use a payment app (Thrizer) that does all the paperwork and billing for you.
Either:
Use Thrizer to pay the full fee, and wait to receive reimbursement for your covered benefit for free.
Or pay 5% convenience fee and only pay your co-insurance. Thrizer will bill your insurance for the rest (i.e., if you have 80% coverage, then you pay 20% of your session fee and we bill your insurance company for the other 80%).
