Nancy Harris, LCSW, LLC, is a Holistic Psychotherapist and Transformational Life Coach with 20 years of experience in private practice. She has been chosen as "One of Denver's Top 10 Life Coaches" for the past 8 years. In 2015, while practicing in Rhode Island, she was chosen as one of the top three marriage counselors in Providence, RI.
Nancy works with adults individually and does marriage and couples counseling. She has an extensive background in mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, the mind/body connection, spirituality, cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuroplasticity and positive psychology.
She has completed three life coach training programs including Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training and Gina Devee's Divine Living Academy. She has also studied meditation extensively with Dr. Joe Dispenza and is a 30-year meditator. She is a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, (MBSR).
