Hi, my name is Natalie Staggers, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am here to accompany you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. I earned my Masters degree in Community Counseling from University of Houston-Victoria. I have over 10 years of experience providing effective and evidence-based therapeutic services to those looking to grow, rebuild, and rediscover a new way of life.
I provide a supportive and confidential environment where you can explore your concerns and develop the tools needed to lead a more fulfilling life. Together, we will work on developing effective coping strategies, gaining insight, and fostering positive change in your life. Your well-being is important, and together we will navigate through this phase of your life.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using a flexible approach rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed practices. Being person-centered means YOU are my main focus, and I meet you where your at.
You are free to laugh, cry, feel seen and heard, but most importantly you can expect to have someone walk alongside you during your journey. I strive to provide empathetic and compassionate guidance, which will allow you to feel less alone and isolated.
