Professional statement

Hi, my name is Natalie Staggers, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am here to accompany you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. I earned my Masters degree in Community Counseling from University of Houston-Victoria. I have over 10 years of experience providing effective and evidence-based therapeutic services to those looking to grow, rebuild, and rediscover a new way of life.

I provide a supportive and confidential environment where you can explore your concerns and develop the tools needed to lead a more fulfilling life. Together, we will work on developing effective coping strategies, gaining insight, and fostering positive change in your life. Your well-being is important, and together we will navigate through this phase of your life.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using a flexible approach rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed practices. Being person-centered means YOU are my main focus, and I meet you where your at.

You are free to laugh, cry, feel seen and heard, but most importantly you can expect to have someone walk alongside you during your journey. I strive to provide empathetic and compassionate guidance, which will allow you to feel less alone and isolated.

Message to clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed and stuck with a behavior pattern or life situation? Are you afraid things will never change? I help individuals and couples to break free of these patterns. My professional commitment to you is to provide insight, compassionate support, and new tools to help you navigate through difficult times and improve the quality of your life. You CAN create change in your life and I look forward to exploring how to do that with you.

Before we begin your therapy, I will gather background information about you. This will help me be able to develop a plan for you and goals for you to work towards completing. I look forward to seeing you grow as you gain new goals and apply them to your life. I believe you will achieve lasting results and will learn to love the life you begin to build.
