Message to clients

Together we listen to all that is hard to say. You may be simultaneously processing the past, coping with today's challenges, and striving towards dreams for your future. That deserves to be explored with curiosity and without judgement. I'd like to help you connect the dots to observe patterns that may feel automatic. Through understanding root causes, you can break cycles and forge a new path. My goal is to provide a safe space so that you can increase your self acceptance in every moment. This foundation helps you make positive changes and remove obstacles so that you can live life to its fullest.

My approach is psychodynamic, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. I am trained in Attachment Focused EMDR (Level 3). I guide somatic awareness and mindfulness to help you integrate your heart, mind, body, and soul. Listening to our bodies is grounding and helps reduce anxiety. Let's increase your coping skills and tap into your inner peace.

When we are accurately reflected, it is deeply validating. My goal is to co-create with you a nurturing environment so you can explore feelings, work towards goals, and heal. Let's embrace your many facets and understand you as an integrated person in your environment. I look forward to meeting you and learning how I can be supportive to you.
