Through her experiences in the community, Parthi has found that she connects most with woman and young adults/adolescents.

She uses an intentional and holistic approach focuses on elevating your therapeutic experience by taking YOU into account: your values, beliefs, and personality. Utilizing a more holistic approach allows for genuine growth in many areas of your life such as: career, relationships and, future decisions.

What makes her different is that she brings her authentic self into session, finding a a balance between personal and professional to connect with my clients on a much deeper level to encourage growth and a safe space for change. I want my client’s to feel heard. It is her goal to work together and communicate effectively to build a healthy, intentional foundation with you.

Message to clients

Finding a therapist the you, as a client, can connect with this incredibly crucial. A authentic and intentional relationship with your therapist can have a positive impact on your growth. I look at therapy in a holistic perspective rather than solution-focused. I consider myself a non-traditional therapist and have found a healthy balance between professional and personal.

Prior to starting sessions with me, I recommend booking a 15 minute consultation call with me. This provides both, you and me with some time to know our therapeutic relationship is a good fit. Being a good fit does to just mean for me, but also for you. It needs to work both ways. After the consultation, we will find a time to book a initial/intake session to go over your history and goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to get to know me! It is always best to ask your therapist questions regarding their approach.

I always recommend booking sessions weekly for the first month or two in order to get as much information as possible. As we continue to work together, we will update our treatment plan/goal as needed. It is vital you stay involved in your own treatment plan. I will play devil's advocate, help open perspective thinking, challenge your thoughts, reflect, and guide you to living the most intentionally positive life!

I hope to be apart of your journey and create a healthy, intentional foundation with you!
