Message to clients

Whether your child has big feelings they can’t quite explain, or you’re a young adult overwhelmed by uncertainty in life, I’m here to help make sense of what you’re facing. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain why they are experiencing intense emotions. You may be unsure of what you need but can recognize that something isn’t working. Therapy gives us a place to untangle those internal knots and create space for clarity, growth, and healing. I’m honored to be trusted as a part of that process.

Therapy should be a space where you or your child can tap into that resilience, explore questions, and find healing. We’ll build trust together, and over time, things that once felt too big to handle will start to feel a little more manageable. Healing isn’t always linear, and growth takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Starting therapy can feel like a leap into the unknown. Whether you are just beginning your healing process or you have experience in therapy, I understand it can bring up a mix of emotions such as hope, anxiety, or even doubt. If you're considering therapy, whether for yourself or your child, that’s your sign to reach out today. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear reason to start. Showing up as you are is enough, and just a call or text is enough to get going.
