Professional statement

Rebecca Warren is a therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients untangle the patterns that keep them stuck so they can create meaningful, lasting change. She works primarily with self aware, high achieving individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, and questions related to life purpose and fulfillment. From tech and entertainment to the business sector, she has experience helping professionals navigate the pressure and complexity that often come with high performance careers. Many of her clients are used to holding everything together and are seeking a space to slow down, step out of performance mode, and get honest about what they need.

She is known for creating a grounded, supportive space while also asking the thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions that lead to deeper growth. Her work is guided by a genuine curiosity and love of learning, both within her field and beyond. Rebecca combines clinical expertise with warmth, directness, and a nonjudgmental presence, helping clients build insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Her approach is holistic and collaborative, drawing from evidence based modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Nonviolent Communication, and strengths based therapy. Rebecca offers fully online therapy and begins with a complimentary consultation, where you can ask questions and get a feel for the fit.

Message to clients

If you’re here, you already know something isn’t working, you just might not be sure how to change it. You may have also done a lot on your own. Therapy is where we take it deeper.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, high functioning individuals who are used to pushing through, figuring it out themselves, or being the one everyone else relies on. On the outside, life may look “fine,” but internally you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure why things still feel harder than they should.

I offer a space where you can slow down, step out of the pressure to have it all figured out, and get honest about what’s really going on. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, career stress, or questions around identity and purpose, I tailor therapy to your needs using practical tools, deeper insight work, and evidence based approaches that create meaningful, lasting change.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, but I’m also direct and engaged. I’ll help you understand the patterns that keep showing up, challenge the ones that no longer serve you, and build strategies that actually fit your life. Therapy with me is not about endlessly talking in circles, it’s about helping you feel more clear, connected, and like yourself again.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The hardest part is often just starting. If you’re ready, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
