Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW Master of Social Work, MSW Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsRobin Naglieri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving adult individuals and couples in CT, MA, & NC. Many of Robin’s clients come in to address maternal mental health, anxiety, and parenting. Robin is particularly passionate about serving new and expecting parents, pregnancy and post-partum, anxiety, families with young children, life transitions, and NICU parents. She has advanced training in perinatal mood disorders.
Robin utilizes a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, person-centered, and positive psychology. She uses a combination of these frameworks to identify and challenge unhealthy thinking patterns and beliefs, working to transform them into healthier habits for her clients. Together, we will examine how pregnancy and the transition into parenthood has impacted your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. In session, Robin focuses on breathing exercises, grounding tools, boundary setting, education, and interactive reflection to help clients achieve their goals.
Robin's style is inviting, authentic, and interactive. When clients first start therapy, she works with them to understand their strengths, needs and goals. She strives to establish a safe, welcoming environment where her clients feel heard and understood. As a mom herself, she understands the delicate balance of managing multiple roles and can help you create an individualized plan for achieving the balance you may seek. Robin offers teletherapy sessions through a secure, HIPPA complaint video software platform.
