Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsRuth specializes in assisting individuals who may feel stuck in their relationships and lives. Her approach revolves around the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM), which she utilizes to establish a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their past experiences, emotions, and repetitive patterns that may be hindering their progress.
With gentle guidance and compassion, Ruth aims to enhance clients' awareness of body sensations, emotions, and thought patterns. Whether clients long for deeper connections, face challenges with goals or procrastination, grapple with uncertainties about their wants and needs, or battle feelings of depression or anxiety, Ruth is there to offer support.
Together, Ruth and her clients work to unravel the barriers that hold them back, identify recurring patterns, and chart a path toward transformative change. The shared objective is to break free from limiting patterns and embrace the life clients genuinely desire and deserve. Rest assured, this is a supportive process.
Outside of the therapy room, Ruth enjoys spending time with her sons and exploring various interests. She has a passion for literature, humor, art, and pickle-ball! However, nothing inspires and connects her on a spiritual level quite like nature.
Ruth is fluent in Spanish, owing to her migration from El Salvador to the United States at the age of 13 and her subsequent time living in Spain. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Languages, Literature, and Culture, as well as a Master's in Social Work from Stony Brook University in NY.
If you are ready to embark on this transformative journey, Ruth is here to support you every step of the way. Please reach out, and together you can explore how to work towards achieving your goals and aspirations. Sessions are available in NJ, TX, NY, and FL.
