Message to clients

As a therapist, I hope to bridge the gap in treatment for those seeking help for OCD and related conditions. Breaking the chronic worry and overthinking cycle is possible. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, identify goals, emphasize values in making meaningful changes, and develop a plan to reduce how anxiety interferes with daily functioning. Each session we will decide on achievable goals and weekly exercises.

I aim to develop a goal-oriented, non-judgmental environment where clients can cope, grow, and make meaningful adjustments in their lives. I seek to meet individuals where they are, and believe that clients are their own experts in their lives. I recognize the importance of being culturally competent and reflect on my impact as a therapist. I regularly seek out continuing education opportunities to support anti-racist, LGBTQ allied, and HAES aligned values in therapy.
