Professional statement

Sean has utilized his life experiences to develop the wisdom and tenacity to help others navigate through difficult and challenging situations. His 35 years experience mentoring, coaching, educating, and facilitating give him the capability to deeply understand and relate to others' needs; as well as the skill set to approach them in a style unique to their own personality and perspective. His own individual deeply psychoanalytic work over the past 30 years has opened him to the depths of the human condition. This gives him an exquisite edge in helping others understand the core of their own suffering, and facilitating their internal navigation toward individual freedom.

Sean specializes in facilitating the process of individuation--of recovering, nurturing, protecting, and learning to safely live and express your true nature from the layers of conditioning that have been laid upon it and adopted throughout the course of a lifetime--as well as bringing this awareness into your relational and vocational environments.

Sean's comprehensive, custom treatment program includes full 60 minute TeleHealth sessions, as well as necessary correspondence, coaching, inspiration, and follow-up in between sessions.

Interrelational Therapy: An approach centered on your personal well-being, growth, development, individual, and social empowerment;

EMDR & EFT/TFT for deeper issues: Techniques designed to clear conditioning and put you back in control of your own life;

Personal Coaching: Assistance individually, relationally, or vocationally;

Structural Analysis Reading & Interpretation: Learning to be your own authority and to make decisions as your authentic self;

Ancestral Clearing Process: To assist in letting go and moving on;

Session Homework: To more effectively integrate and put into practice what you have learned each time you meet.

If this feels like a good fit, please contact Sean for a complimentary consultation. Thank you.

Message to clients

You are most likely here because you are seeking a more permanent change--a breakthrough--an integrated understanding that helps you feel more whole--more attuned within yourself.

You are most likely suffering from what has happened to you, and how you have reacted to your environmental circumstances. You may be here to get your own power back and to reclaim your authentic self--to individuate, and to differentiate yourself from the homogenized world around you. And you are most likely here for answers, for solutions to what ails you.

I am here to guide your process; to facilitate the reclaiming of your integrity and dignity; and to support your intent to heal yourself and become more of who you are in the world. I am here to help you navigate your own life path--to assist you in clearing the obstacles toward authentic self knowledge, awareness, and self-expression. As both an individual and relational specialist, I work systemically to help you improve your relationship with yourself, others, and your environment.

I work with no more than 5-7 clients per week, which keeps my quality of attention at the highest level for your care. Should you choose to pursue this partnership, we will work together to help alleviate the symptoms of suffering (anxiety, depression, insecurity, frustration, hopelessness, and despair) that are clear indications and warning signs of your separation from your authentic self.
