Hello,
Over the years, I've had the privilege to work with a diverse array of clients, each with their unique stories, challenges, and aspirations. From young adults facing life's transitions to mature individuals grappling with complex emotions, my doors are open to all who seek understanding and growth.
My commitment is to offer top-tier care in an atmosphere radiating trust, empathy, and understanding. My therapy style intertwines tried-and-tested methodologies with bespoke strategies. I've specialized in areas like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. The cornerstone of my approach is empowering clients to achieve emotional growth, steering them confidently towards their goals.
My journey as a Licensed Professional Counselor began in 2002. But even before that, I spent a decade in the Human Service field. Each experience, each story I've been part of, has further solidified my belief in the strength and potential of the human spirit.
Recognizing the importance of flexibility in our rapidly evolving world, I've adapted to the times. I'm thrilled to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring you receive the support and guidance you need, all from the safety and comfort of your chosen environment.
Many of my clients find solace and strength in our sessions, describing me as a trusting anchor in their therapeutic journey. My overarching aim? To help you navigate challenges, embrace change, and lead a fulfilling life.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
Codependency - Development of healthy boundaries in relationships; strategies for increasing individual self-esteem and autonomy; coping mechanisms for separation and individuation.
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love

Hi there!
I'm proud to offer some of the most affordable therapy rates you'll find nationwide. Right now, I'm partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas In-Network.
If you prefer paying out-of-pocket, individual sessions are $90, and couples sessions are set at $120. If you're on the lookout for a wellness coach to guide and support you, I offer 30 minute sessions for just $60.
Just a heads up – I currently don't accept Medicaid or Medicare.
