I'm Shannon, and I am excited to be part of the Precise Mind Behavioral Health.
Taking this unique and courageous step towards self-discovery and growth is truly remarkable, and I feel honored to be a part of your path. Throughout the years, I've had the joy of walking alongside a diverse range of clients, each bringing their own narrative, challenges, and aspirations into our shared space. Whether you're a young adult navigating life's twists or a seasoned individual grappling with intricate emotions, my doors are wide open to anyone seeking understanding and growth.
My commitment is to provide top-tier care within an atmosphere of trust, empathy, and understanding. I don't just rely on standard methodologies; I tailor my approach, delving into areas such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. At the heart of it all is my dedication to empowering clients for emotional growth, guiding them confidently toward their goals.
My journey as a Licensed Professional Counselor commenced in 2002, following a decade in the Human Service field. Each experience, each story shared, has only deepened my belief in the indomitable strength and potential of the human spirit.
Recognizing the need for flexibility in our ever-evolving world, I've adapted to the times. I'm thrilled to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring you receive the support and guidance you need from the safety and comfort of your chosen environment.
Many of my clients have found solace and strength in our sessions, often describing me as a trusting anchor in their therapeutic journey. My overarching goal is to help you navigate challenges, embrace change, and lead a fulfilling life.
Now, if you're ready to embark on this transformative journey together, let's take that step! I'm here to support you and make this journey a positive and empowering experience.
