Message to clients

Hi! If you're reading this, chances are you're feeling stuck trying to figure out who you are or who you aren't, what you want and what you no longer need, and you want to free up precious energy that's been, for too long, spent suffering. You've had enough, and now you're willing to show up, bare yourself, and in turn be seen and heard, validated and challenged. I am committed to providing a safe place where you can let it all out, and where I can help you uncover new tools, dust off old ones, and build a solid foundation for positive and lasting change.

I believe in our inherent ability to recognize and access our true nature as one of peace. The work of going inward is by no means a cakewalk, but that doesn't mean there can't be laughter and even fun (seriously!) along the way. There can be comfort in knowing that underneath all of the mind muck that we've inherited and created, our true nature continues to be, and is always there for us, ready to be uncovered. I also believe that through mindfully moving the body and the process of creating intuitive art, as well as, alternatively, through observing what happens (or wants to happen) in stillness and silence, we have a greater chance of living more from that place of peace.
