This has created a shared feeling of anxiety and depression across the demographic. Sisily has a passion for helping her clients gain confidence in life to help maximize their full potential.

Sisily's approach involves an eclectic style. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also implements Tarot cards as a holistic approach to help dive more into the subconscious. She works to help clients understand their internal and external world.
