Sisily's approach involves an eclectic style. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also implements Tarot cards as a holistic approach to help dive more into the subconscious. She works to help clients understand their internal and external world.
Sisily has a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space. There is a client-centered approach which allows the client to actively control their session while Sisily acts as a guide and support for the client.
