Message to clients

Hi! Thank you for visiting my profile. I am confident you've come to the right place. I know therapy is tough. Committing to therapy is tough. It's an investment. It takes up time out of our busy schedules. No matter what, we can always come up with 101 reasons not to do it. It's scary. It drudges up the hard stuff.

But the hard stuff is always there. And with therapy, we can make dealing with that hard stuff easier. You deserve to live a life where you are comfortable with your mind, your thoughts, your feelings, and your decisions. So many of us live in fear of ourselves, of what's living right under the surface. We run from our psyches, enabling our innate fragility instead of strengthening our true, best selves. We decide not to go there, because it feels too hard, too much. "What if there's something wrong with me? What if I'm bad? What if I'm too broken, too far gone to be helped?"

Well, the truth is, you're not.

You can be helped, and therapy can help you. Therapy is the place you can go to work on yourself so you don't have to spend the rest of your days suffering, living avoidantly in the hopes of making your life easier. Therapy is the hard work we do, the investment we make, to live lives that are easier, meaningful, joyful, secure, and healthy. You can go there.

And I am here to go there with you.
